Algemene aantekening
A brick building on the southeast corner of Dewdney Street and Grand Avenue was constructed by Arthur J. Osment in 1882(?) and sold it to Albert V. Gerry, who operated it as a hardware store until 1910. The building burned in 1984 and the new building currently (2021) on the site is occupied by Indian Head Realty Corp/HUB Insurance (see Indian Head History Book pp 36, 40)
