Algemene aantekening
This protest was a community and largely female affair, with women keeping their coffee pots running and volunteering to babysit children to free up more protesters. The women surrounded the contractor's equipment with hands joined and defied the operators to leave town. This resulted in media from Saskatoon coming out, and ultimately the protestors won.
