General note
The photograph was in a plastic sleeve with the label "Nursery Town Office 1930". A second story was added in 1932. This building was later purchased from the Government of Canada as an addictions treatment centre (Pine Lodge) and then (as of 2022) became privately owned. It is at 211 Otterloo Street. The reverse says "AB2" and is stamped as processed Feb 12 1930 by Regina Photo Supply Co.
