Photograph shows the new under-river Nutana water main on its temporary railway track strung out down 11th Street west preparatory to being snaked into the river by bulldozers pulling from the Nutana side. A tractor is shown pulling a trolley bus along the two block stretch occupied by the water main, which was on the side where the trolley power lines were.
