Custodial history

Scope and content

Photographs show scenes of muddy, flooded, unpaved streets in Saskatoon's outlying districts including a vehicle mired to the axles and abandoned, a truck pumping water over an emergency dike on Cumberland Avenue, and giant puddles along Ewart Avenue and 8th Street. The cause was a rainstorm the previous night on top of an already record-high year for precipitation in Saskatoon.
