General note
R.A. "Dick" Millar served as Mayor of Rosetown 1923-25 and on town council from 1919-22. He was also town clerk from 1930-36. He ran a men's wear store as well and was known for handing out food vouchers to 291 men looking for harvest work in one weekend in 1932. He was born in 1877 and died in 1936.
