John G. Diefenbaker and party visiting D. Polyansky, first vice-chairman of USSR Council of Ministers. On bottom is written: "On October 16, Dmitry Polyansky, First Vice-Chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers, received in the Kremlin John G. Diefenbaker, M.P. and ex-Prime Minister of Canada, visiting Moscow, and had a warm talk with him. Pictured from right to left are: Dmitry Polyansky, First Vice-Chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers, H. P.
