This fonds contains records created and utilized by faculty and staff of the college for both administrative and educational purposes. Those records which have been appraised and described have been divided into 5 sous-fonds: I. President's Office; II. Administration; III. Dennis Acoose (former SIFC Acting Director, Vice President, and instructor); IV. Student Services; V. Employment Orientation Program.

These photographs capture the activities of the Indian 4-H program in a number of locations around Saskatchewan. Most photographs are in albums, although some arrived mounted on foamcore.

This fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, reports, and minutes, related to the administration and activities of the Association. Included are correspondence and reports from over fifty local horticultural societies in the province and copies of the Associations' newsletter (1950-1973).

The Saskatchewan Homemaker's Clubs subseries contains: Saskatchewan Homemakers Life Membership Books (1940-1972); addresses to the Annual Convention (1933-1967); records from local Homemaker's Clubs; Cash Books; and correspondence, minutes, reports, financial statements, handbooks, press releases and publications relating to the activities of the Association. The Women's Institute subseries contains correspondence, reports, minutes, publications and other records (1971-1986). Included are submissions to the Institute's creative writing competition (1975-1981).

The fonds consists of records created by and relating to the Saskatchewan Conference of the Methodist Church in Canada, its Conference Secretaries and staff, as well as the Stationing Committee, and Wesley College Commission.

Contents include: original Conference minutes (1904-1925); reports; published minutes from Saskatchewan Conference (some as Assiniboia Conference) and predecessors, such as Manitoba and Northwest Conference; property records; education records; clippings and select publications; records of the Stationing Committee; treasurer’s reports; Conference Secretary’s correspondence; proceedings and related records and publications from the Conference-appointed Wesley College Commission (1918-1919).

Fonds consists of textual and other materials generated by the Conference, the Conference Executive, Conference Staff and Conference Committee members in the fulfillment of their mandate, as outlined in The Manual of the United Church of Canada, from 1925 to 2018. Some records created prior to Union (1925) are also included in certain series, as noted.

The fonds consists of minutes, brochures and correspondence relating to the Saskatchewan Boys' Work Board (1922 to 1950).

This fonds consists of materials used, created, and accumulated by the Saskatchewan AIDS Network. The records primarily detail SAN’s interactions with local, provincial, national, and international HIV/AIDS groups. These records include membership information, correspondence, and workshop/conference materials (i.e. agendas, programs, presentations) created by organizations of which SAN was a member. There is some material pertaining to SAN’s operations in this fonds but most of the operational records are related to SAN’s program-delivery (i.e. organizing conventions, workshops, or training). There are few records relating to the administration and internal operation of SAN in this fonds. A large portion of the fonds is HIV/AIDS resource materials that have been gathered by SAN. This includes pamphlets, publications, articles, newsletters, and information sheets from a variety of non-profit organizations and government ministries.

This fonds contains correspondence, minutes, reports, and printed material relating to the administration and activities of the Agricultural Societies Association. Included are: a copy of the Act (with revisions); historical sketches of some local societies; correspondence and reports from over 175 local societies throughout the province.

This fonds contains the constitution, financial fonds, minutes, membership lists, and newsletter of SAGA; as well as material relating to reunions, workshops, lectures, projects, and awards initiated by the Association.

Fonds consists of personal, professional and literary papers of Indio-Canadian writer and professor, Saros Cowasjee, 1939-1997. While the arrangement differs among the various accessions, overall the records fall into the following series: Biographical Information, Correspodence, Writings by Saros Cowasjee, Editing, Mulk Raj Anand, Sean O'Casey, Conferences, Publications, Awards and Research Grants, and Teaching. Included are contracts, drafts, manuscripts, correspondence, proofs, publications, reviews, and other records relating to the numerous books, essays, chapters, scholarly articles, short stories, belles-lettres, features, reviews, and letters to the editor written by Dr. Cowasjee. Of particular note is the extensive documentation of his research and writing on Irish playwright Sean O'Casey and Indian author Mulk Raj Anand, including substantial correspondence from Anand, 1965-1990. There is also ample coverage of Cowasjee's editorial work, particularly relating to his re-examination of the literature produced in India during the Raj period, and the reprinting of several of those titles. The fonds contains wide-ranging correspondence between Cowasjee and publishers, writers, magazine editors, students, researchers, film producers, readers, friends and associates, as well as Canadian, British, Indian, American and international academics and scholars.

The fonds contain black and white photographs from Sandra Fedosa's private collection. They include images of the Ontario Ladies College, Melfort Hotel, Broadway School, Flett Springs Post Office, as well as Melfort's Sports Day, train station, and pioneers.

This fonds contains materials relating to the Yorkton Enterprise and the newspaper business in Canada, including early minute books, correspondence, association materials and advertising. Also included are materials relating to Sam Wynn's extensive community service.

Fonds consists of personal and professional papers of Classics professor Sam Stewart, including: University of Regina correspondence (1964-1981), exams, and committee records; files relating to local and regional Classics organizations; writings and speeches by Stewart; and personal material relating to liberal education and to basketball. The basketball ephemera, 1946-1975, contain information on Cougar Basketball Alumni.
