The Saskatchewan Bulletin, October 19, 1969, p. 2; "Roy C. Hill, chairman of the board of Hilroy Envelopes and Stationery Ltd. explains the fellowship program for classroom teachers who develop new and better teaching practices. The Hilroy Fellowship program will provide awards up to $1,500 to be available in every province and the territories. It will be administered by the Canadian Teachers Federation Trust Fund. Discussing the program are left to right, seated: CTF President Brother A. F. Brennan; Mr. Hill; Dr. Wilf Wees of the faculty of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education; standing; CTF Secretary-Gen. Dr. Gerald Nason and CTF Trust Fund Chairman Rod Fredericks."
