Top Reads: "Col. Joseph Glenn, the owner of a farm in the Katepwa school district, commanding officer of the Battalion of Highlanders, recruited at Saskatoon." As a young man, Joseph Glenn was a dispatch rider during the North-West Resistance and, in WWI, was in charge of the Canadian Forestry Division - headquartered on the grounds of Windsor castle. In 1912, he was elected as a Conservative member of the provincial legislature. See Indian Head history book pp 400-401.
