Boychuk, commanding officer at HMCS Unicorn in Saskatoon, inspecting members of the Battleford Sea Cadets Corps. File also includes an image of Tom Boyd, chairman of the North Battleford branch of the Navy League of Canada, presenting the most improved cadet award to AC Robert Risdale.
