This collection consists of annual reports created by more than 220 pastoral charges that existed within the boundaries of the United Church of Canada Saskatchewan Conference, from the late-1960s through 2018, and Living Skies Regional Council, from 2019 through 2021. Some church newsletters, financial statements, histories and associated documents are also included.

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Kamsack Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.

Contents include: minutes (1925-1956); correspondence; treasurer’s accounts; statistics; files relating to education and students; record of candidates for ministry; and pastoral relations correspondence; as well as history documents, “Historical Notes of Kamsack Presbytery” and “Historical sketch of various pastoral charges in Kamsack Presbytery” (covering up to late 1920s and early 1940s).

Contents include: a Home Mission Record Book (1955-1961), containing baptism and burial records; reports (1915-1923) by H. Series consists of records relating to the administrative role of the Saskatchewan Conference office. Contents include: correspondence of the Secretary of Conference (1923-1924, 1928-1934), mostly Rev. A.W. Ingram; correspondence relating to the Cowan Estate (1949-1950); typed Records of Proceedings for the 1926 Conference; typed and mimeographed copies of reports presented at the annual conference (1934); and a file of documents relating to the Conference Cane, its history and symbolism.

Series consists of: official (signed) copies of Records of Proceedings for the annual meetings of Saskatchewan Conference, including minutes of Conference Executive meetings; annual meeting dockets (with obituaries, reports, and related information); and background documents, including the booklet Conference for Newbies: A Guidebook for New Delegates to the Annual Conference of Saskatchewan Conference by Scott Douglas.

Collection contains documents from or pertaining to the Fort Qu'Appelle Indian [Indigenous] Hospital collected by the Saskatchewan Anti-Tuberculosis League.
