General note
The councilors' names were Jas. Cutt; C. Downing; Jas. Ewart; W.E. Ford; H.H. Campkin (Sec Treas) and D. Railton (Reeve). David Railton was brother-in-law of E.A. Partridge a farm activist fighting for better grain prices with The Grain Growers' Association (See Sintaluta History Book - Tales of the Red Fox, pp 676-680) There is a smaller framed copy on the wall of the museum's second floor (with the collection of RM Reeves).
