Algemene aantekening

While LAC Harry Scriver of Wolseley, Saskatchewan was stationed with 432 RCAF Bomber Squadron in Yorkshire, England, he heard an aircraft that made a noise he had never heard before. This Meteor fighter jet landed at their base and the base personnel were told not to bring their cameras to photograph this top secret aircraft, the first jet put into service by the RAF. Harry obviously didn’t obey and this photo resulted.
