Named people in the photograph are A. Adair, A. Leach, G. Thompson, J. Harrop, A. Guild, T. Ramsay, A. James, Wm. Johnstone, J. Fleming, A. Whittle, and E. Arnold. The event is not identified but in the background are men dressed in mideast garb (Shriners?) suggesting a lodge gathering. One of the two copies says Orange Lodge on the back.
