Algemene aantekening
Information from William Macadam, 2015: “Former Prime Minister John Diefenbaker and Mike Crammond (the Vancouver Province’s fishing columnist) were guests of mine when Mr. Diefenbaker caught his first Steelhead pictured here. I was then a Vice-President of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada and President Trans Mountain Airlines in B.C. and a young friend of Mr. Diefenbaker who would come fishing with me in B.C.”
