Accompanying material

Printed on a piece of paper with photo: "Jessie Boulton & Lewis Mann December 24, 1920 Jessie came to Biggar on June 17, 1920 from Morden, Manitoba for two weeks vacation to visit her sister Ella who was married to Russ Mann. It was there that she met Lewis. After the two weeks were up they decided to get married. She went back to her work at the Wawanesa Fire Insurance Office in Wawanesa, Manitoba and returned to be married in the fall. They were married at her sister's house on the farm south east of Biggar and they made their home about six miles south east of Biggar. They went to Saskatoon for their honeymoon where they had their wedding picture taken and where they bought their dining room set and their piano. Their daughter remembers that their house was always full of music as her mother played very well. Her Dad played on the violin."
