This subseries is organized in the same alpha-numeric subject filing system used by the PMO during Diefenbaker’s period of office. The subseries is separated into “numbered” and “unnumbered” files. The numbered files contain material which had been completely processed by the PMO filing system; the unnumbered files contain material only partially processed. The two groups are kept separate, the unnumbered files being distinguished by an asterisk. A copy of the system is available.
