The Elks Club fonds consists of 11 series: Scrapbooks and Clippings, Financial Records, Legal Documents, Meetings and Conferences, Publications, Correspondence, Membership, Events, Rules and Regulations, History of the Lodge and Lodge Renovations. This fonds also contains some material from the Elks Club auxiliary group, The Order of the Royal Purple.
This fonds consists of minute books from 1949 1968, a treasurer's list, 1951 1967, membership lists, 1949 1975, constitution, history, miscellaneous correspondence, exhibition programs, newspaper clippings, and a history of the Homecoming '71 Mural, created by 22 members of the guild, and 3 scrapbooks of printed material and photos from 1949 1965.
This fonds consists of a Minute Book of the Moose Jaw Fire Department, two booklets of the Department's "Rules and Regulations." Also included is a book of inventory and accounts as well as correspondence from the Moose Jaw Trades and Labor Council to City Council requesting the expansion of the City's fire limits and regulations. A Souvenir booklet of the Moose Jaw Fire Department as well as documents that illustrate a portion of the department's history, is also present.

Such material includes photocopied meeting minutes of the Moose Jaw Hospital Board, correspondences, reports, and meeting minutes of the Centralized Teaching Program Board of Administration, correspondences, reports, and awards lists regarding graduating nurses, the administrative and structural history of the hospital, and booklets published for it’s reincarnation as the Moose Jaw Union Hospital.
This fonds consists of three series concerning Society business and operations as a Branch of the Provincial Historical Association. Another series documents conservation efforts of the Society. The final series provides local historical background and essays that were collected and some broadcast on local radio, by the Society.
This fonds consists of three series. There are records of the Moose Jaw Horticultural Society of the late 1980's and 1990's. There are membership and directors lists, minutes of meetings, financial statements and correspondence. There are schedules, information and publicity on events held by the society. There are 2 scrapbooks from 1990 and 1991 that contain photos, programs, memorabilia and newspaper clippings. There are also loose newspapers clippings and some which have been glued on loose leaf pages and a notebook. There are minutes and newsletters from the Saskatchewan Horticultural Association as well as reports, brochures and publication information from the Extension and Community Relations Division of the University of Saskatchewan. There is one copy of the periodical “The Saskatchewan Gardener”, Winter 1995 edition.
This fonds contains three series: Membership, Meeting Minutes, and Memorabilia. It includes membership rosters, meeting minutes, a vinyl record and two scrapbooks. The scrapbooks contain programs and newspaper clippings about the band from 1960-1971.
This fonds consists of four series. Included is a copy of the constitution, membership lists, treasurers records, correspondence, schedules and reports of field trips and other activities. There is a scrapbook containing newspaper clippings, 3 photographs and some programs of activities of the Moose Jaw Natural History Society from 1957 to 1977, an album of nature photography that was presented to the Moose Jaw Public Library in 1982 to commemorate Moose Jaw’s 100th anniversary, and a file of newspaper clippings. This fonds also includes slides, some sets with scripts. Other slides are of nature and wildlife taken by members on field trips. There are copies of constitutions from three other Saskatchewan cities, a few newsletters from other Natural History Societies and four copies of “The Blue Jay Magazine”.
This fonds consists of 20 issues of "Normal Echoes", the official newsletter of the students' assembly of the Moose Jaw Normal School, published between 1928 and 1931. The inaugural issue of February 17, 1928 is included. The set is not complete.
This fonds consists of a five series dealing with the Moose Jaw Old Timers Association. One regarding the general business of the association, another focused on the annual banquet and dance given by the association for its members. A series of the history notes of the Moose Jaw area, pioneer lists and a publication of history for Moose Jaw's Golden Jubilee. Another series contains the records of the associations banquets and the final series is made up of correspondence to the organization.
