History
Geographical and cultural context

The Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre exists to link the Shaunavon community with its culture. The Centre includes the Shaunavon Branch of the Chinook Regional Library, an art gallery, a natural history museum and a tourist information centre all on the main floor along with a heritage museum in the basement which includes a general purpose community room.

The Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre's collection is multi-disciplinary, ranging from artifacts relating to the human history of Shaunavon, Fine Arts, and the natural history of the area.
