Scope and content
The Saskatchewan Bulletin, September 1966, p. 6; "Mrs. Margaret K. I. Walker (right) of Nutana Collegiate Institute, Saskatoon, is seen visiting the St. Pierre Museum during her month-long stay on the French islands of St. Pierre et Miquelon in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. With her are (left) Mrs. Marjorie Almstrom of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, and (centre) Hadden G. Whitelaw of Vancouver. They represented their respective provinces and territories among 12 secondary school teachers from across Canada who won Remington Shaver French Language Bursaries to attend the advanced Oral French Course held on the French islands by the University of Toronto's Extension Division. The bursaries are a centennial project of the company."
