Bio/Historical Note: Dr. Alan M. Rosenberg graduated from the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. Following specialty training in pediatrics at the Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto, and the Winnipeg Children's Hospital, University of Manitoba he did subspecialty training in pediatric rheumatology at the University of British Columbia. He returned to Saskatchewan in 1981 to establish the province's first program in pediatric rheumatology. Dr. Rosenberg provides care to Saskatchewan children and youth with various forms of arthritis and related rheumatic diseases. The Pediatric Rheumatology Clinical Program coordinates comprehensive multidisciplinary care at Royal University Hospital and throughout Saskatchewan via travelling and telehealth clinics. Dr. Rosenberg also provides care for children with immunologic, including immunodeficiency disorders (2021).
