Bio/Historical Note: Dr. David Maenz received his PhD from the University of Saskatchewan and held several academic positions there prior to co-founding MCN BioProducts in 2001. Dr. Maenz is the inventor or co-inventor of 7 patents and is the author of 33 scientific papers and 2 book chapters. Dr. Maenz has retired from business interests and lives in Saskatoon. He is the author of The Price of Carbon (2018).
