Text with image: " Recent experiments in the Dairy department at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon have been concerned with the use of extremely high temperatures to pasteurize milk. The value of the method is that milk can be kept unrefrigerated for several weeks without spoling. Checking the unit is Dr. D.L. Gibson, head of the department."
