Scope and content
The Saskatchewan Bulletin, April 1953, p. 19 "TEA PARTY FOR COUNCILLORS' WIVES. Replacing the usual afternoon tea (an evening banquet was held instead) for councillors and wives, an afternoon tea was held for councillors' wives. In the third picture, second from left, is Mrs. G. D. Eamer. Third from right is Mrs. Headley of the Home and School Association. (Your editor apologies for not identifying the other charming people. In the excitement of the presence of so much glamour, he neglected to take down the names, left to right!)"
