Bio/Historical Note: Dr. Chary Rangacharyulu received his PhD in nuclear physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. He did post-doctoral research in Osaka-Japan, Quebec and the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Rangacharyulu is professor and head of the Department of Physics and Engineering Physics at the U of S. He maintains active research collaborations at facilities in Japan and Europe (2021).
