Written in pencil on apiece of paper stored with the photo: "Section House supplied by CN for the Yard Foreman Biggar yards. Last used by Harry A. Beech who returned 1960. Next Yard Foreman had his own house in town so CN decided to demolish house. House located on 1st Ave W. across from what is now Petro Canada Station"
