Administrative history
The Canadian Catholic Review is a periodical published at St. Thomas More College eleven times a year (monthly except for the summer, during which time there is one issue for July-August). Pre-publication work began in 1981 and the first issue was published in 1983. The editor is Fr. Daniel Callam, CSB. [Update: In 1997, the Canadian Catholic Review moved to St. Joseph's College, Edmonton, AB.]

The fonds includes records of the pre-publication period 1981 to 1983 as well as the publication period 1983 to 1986. The records include correspondence, manuscripts, subscription records, interview transcriptions, letters to the editor, and editorial board minutes plus a few audiotapes and photographs.

Arrangement
Organization of the materials and their grouping into series was carried out by an archivist (FH) at the time of acquisition in 1986 and this arrangement has also been retained in the present processing.
