Diefenbaker after receiving honorary doctor of laws degree at convocation ceremonies held May 21 by the University of Saskatchewan, Regina campus. W. C. Blight, campus secretary, looks on. Dr. Andrews was honored for outstanding contributions to his community and to his profession. He was principal of the Saskatchewan Teachers' College for 16 years."
