The collection consists of primarily textual materials relating to various ministers and other lay people associated with the United Church, in Saskatchewan. Contents include obituaries, newspaper articles, pamphlets, programs, publications, and various other documents containing biographical information. Some are accompanied by portraits.

The fonds consists of records created by the Saskatchewan Branch of the U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees. Contents include: meeting minutes (1961-1963, 1968-1970); membership rolls; lists of executives and provisional committees (1961-1970); annual reports (1963-1970); programmes; financial accounts book (1961-1970); correspondence files; histories of local U.C.W. units; and scrapbooks (1962-1970).
