Fonds consists of a supposed membership list.

The fonds contains 80 black and white photographs. Some of the images were collected by the Melfort Historical Committee from local individuals for their pioneer artifact displays. Other photographs were taken by either the Melfort Historical Committee or the Melfort Agricultural Society. All of the images were taken in Melfort, Saskatchewan and surrounding areas between 1906 and the 1950's. The photographs document a wide variety of subjects including: Melfort Agricultural Society events like farm camps, parades, exhibitions, and competitions. Other subjects include Melfort schools, businesses, hockey teams, and locations as well as farming activities and weddings.

Fonds consists of eight series: Correspondence, Education and Continuing Education, Employment, General Files, Lupus Erythematosus Society of Saskatchewan Inc., Professional Activities and Associations, Writing by Brett Balon and Writing by Others. These series were established by the archivist. Of particular note are the University of Regina/University of Saskatchewan, Regina Campus, the ARMA, and the Coteau Books/Thundercreek Publishing Co-operative sub-series.

Fonds consists of minutes, reports, correspondence, blueprints, financial records,photographs, video-recordings relating to the work of the 1989 Jeux Canada Games Society Saskatoon Inc.
