This fonds reflects the activity of the Moose Jaw Radio Association. It contains the organization’s constitution, a postcard for listeners, and correspondence regarding an affiliation with the American Radio Relay League.
This fonds consists of minutes of meetings, 1941 to 1953, and a meeting attendance book covering 1941 to 1956 of the Moose Jaw Registered Nurses’ Association.
This collection contains one baseball score-book from the Moose Jaw Senior City Baseball League’s 1925 season. It includes statistics about the games as well as newspaper clippings about the league and its players.
This fonds contains two meeting minutes books for the Times-Herald Chapel from 1935 to 1975. The minutes books also contain notes requesting that meetings take place, and a letter indicating to a particular employee that further lateness will result in termination.

It is comprised of manuals created by the organization for the use of its officers, which include the constitution, financial records, meeting minutes, information about other members of the Association of Minus One Clubs of Saskatchewan, dance schedules and band bookings, and membership information. The fonds also contains regular, executive, and annual meeting minutes and reports.
Several original copies of the newspaper have been transferred to the Moose Jaw Public Library newspaper holdings. The balance consists of some copies, reprints and loose items that accompanied the papers.
This fonds contains 11 books and one questionnaire covering various subjects of Freemasonry and Freemasonry in Saskatchewan, such as its constitution and history. The books have writing pertaining to their donation, dedication, and ownership on the inside of the front covers.
The fonds consists primarily of minutes and correspondence of the Museum Committee. There is some overlap in the inclusive dates of existing correspondence files so it is not clear if these files are those of certain officers, subcommittees or the committee as a whole. One correspondence file also contains interspersed copies of donor forms for artifacts donated to the museum.
This fonds consists of two albums relating to specific campaigns [these include photographs, newspaper clippings, radio scripts, campaign promotional materials, etc.], two certificates and reports on the results of the various campaigns.
This fonds contains a land grant issued to Noah Dean on September 21, 1804. The grant is for 200 acres in the township of Hamilton, district of Newcastle, Upper Canada. It is for lot number 26. There is large wax seal coated with paper attached to the grant. The grant is made of parchment.
This fonds consists of minutes, membership lists, correspondence, financial records and related material of the Moose Jaw Branch 5 Pensioners and Senior Citizens Club, which became the Saskatchewan Seniors Association Inc. Branch 5, referred to as “Branch 5".
This fonds contains one series consisting of several scrapbooks kept by Philip H. West from 1944 to 1957. They contain invitations and letters to Mr. and Mrs. West, newspaper clippings concerning the couple, relatives or friends. Also included are diplomas and certificates presented to Mr. and Mrs. West, programs of events, various pictures, greeting cards and postcards, brochures of tourist sites, water colour paintings done by Philip West and memorabilia of the Royal Family of the United Kingdom.
This fonds consists of the history, constitution, minutes of meetings and financial records of the Princess Patricia Club. There are eleven scrapbooks containing primarily newspaper clippings and some photographs of the Club’s history, business and activities.
