This collection contains catalogues, publications, passports, certificates, correspondence, minutes and other formal documents from arts organizations, photographs, slides, negatives, video tapes, eight-millimetre film, architectural drawings, sketchbooks, media clippings, and one ceramic art work presented to Jack Sures from his students. His art works, exhibitions, travels, commissions, teaching career and personal contacts are well documented through this expanse of material.

Fonds consists of personal and professional papers of Saskatchewan artist David Thauberger, (1954-1989). Included are: ceramic sculptures, paintings, and prints created by Thauberger; awards and degrees; financial records; business and personal correspondence; a series of files documenting Thauberger's dealings with numerous Canadian art galleries; and photographs, slides and publications relating to Thauberger and his work. The fonds also contains the artist's extensive collection of articles, books, catalogues, invitations, correspondence, newspaper clippings, notes and writings, art works, photographs, slides, and sound recordings relating to Saskatchewan folk art. The collection includes recorded interviews, art works, and slides and photos depicting artworks by numerous artists, among them Ed Fletcher, Ann Harbuz, Molly Lenhardt, W.C. McCargar, Sam Spencer, Fred Neibrandt, Fred Moulding, and many others. Within the slides, some Quebec and Nova Scotia coverage is also present.

Fonds consists of photos of Regina College students and the rugby team, Deight Underwood's autograph album from Regina College days, and a Regina College blazer with crest.

Fonds consist of 300 slides of prairie wildflowers taken by Fenton R. Vance and used in the book, "Wildflowers across the prairies."

Fonds consists of minutes of the Medical Advisory Board, Executive Committee, Medical Staff, Lay Advisory Board, Staff, and hospital committees; building specifications for the Saskatchewan Cancer Clinic; provincial salary and wage surveys; correspondence regarding land exchange between the hospital and the City of Regina; portraits of physicians who served at the Regina Grey Nuns' Hospital; financial records; and audio reels on the subject of paediatrics used for continuing medical education. Agencies and businesses that appear in the records include the Saskatchewan Department of Public Health, Division of Laboratories; Saskatchewan Cancer Clinic and the Saskatchewan Cancer Commission; Department of Labour; the TB League; W.G. Van Edmond and Stan E. Storey, Architects; and the Regina Grey Nuns' Hospital School of Nursing.

Fonds consists of the 1901 By-laws of the Corporation of the Victoria Hospital.

The fonds consists of records created by the Bishops' Chancery Office in dealing with diocesan parishes, the clergy, religious orders, institutions, church organizations, other dioceses, and the Vatican in Rome, The fonds contains correspondence, manuscripts, historical notes, and news clippings; as well as photographs; copies of registers of sacraments sent annually from the parishes; some audio and video tapes of historic interest; architects plans of churches, some cemetery plans, and maps of the rural municipalities and miscellaneous.

The Frank Glass Photograph Collection spans approximately ten decades of the history of Rosetown and district, consisting of photographs taken by and collected by Frank Glass.

Fonds consists of principally of Town Clerk records including correspondence, reports, bylaws, council minutes, ledgers, petitions, a voters lists and other material arranged into six series.

The records of the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce include information categorized under the following headings: Finance, Correspondence, Transportation, Tourism, Accounting, Minutes, Meetings, Other Chambers, Newsletters, Information Requested, Community Events, Social Events and Fundraisers, Programs, Awards and Scholarships, Lobby Files, Telephone, Oil, and Miscellaneous. Included in these files are textual material, photographs, maps, newspaper articles and printed newsletters. The Chamber of Commerce records its involvement in many of the significant events of Lloydminster's past and gives insight into the gradual expansion of Lloydminster's business community. Because the Chamber of Commerce Fonds covers a wide range of information, it has been divided into a series of accessions.

The fonds is comprised of one 14 x 11 album of 26 pages. Twenty-eight original photographs, thirty-six newspaper articles, statistics of progress with the geese, and handwritten commentaries by the members themselves are all laminated within the album.

The collection contains images of Dr. Shadd's farmhouse and farmyard located in the Melfort area at NE 10-46-17 W2nd.

The collection contains two black and white photographs. One depicts Private Wesley John Flett in 1943 in military dress. The other depicts John William Flett with a team of two horses and a caboose.
