The Elks Club fonds consists of 11 series: Scrapbooks and Clippings, Financial Records, Legal Documents, Meetings and Conferences, Publications, Correspondence, Membership, Events, Rules and Regulations, History of the Lodge and Lodge Renovations. This fonds also contains some material from the Elks Club auxiliary group, The Order of the Royal Purple.

This fonds contains two series. One of the daily operating documents and the other consisting of financial records of the Moose Jaw Electric Railway.

The first accession consists of constitutions of the various levels of the Council’s of Women, minutes, financial records, annual reports, lists of local women’s organizations and scrapbooks containing photographs and press clippings. Annual Meeting Reports contain numerous yearly updates of the activities of the individual constituent organizations. It includes the pamphlets and programs produced and collected by the National Council and the Moose Jaw Council of Women. It also includes annual and abridged reports and yearbooks created by the National Council and collected by the Moose Jaw Council.

This fonds contains five series, the first consists of the records kept by the War Services Council and the War Services Auxiliary. Included is an Honour Roll of Moose Jaw servicemen, reports of the Parcels and Records Committee, two binders of newspaper reports on local servicemen killed, missing in action, or taken prisoner of war. There are also acknowledgment and thank you letters from parents to Moose Jaw City Council for the memorials and tributes paid to their fallen sons. There are two scrapbooks of newspaper clippings of war-related news. The second series contains 2 Visitor Books and a Reception and Adopted Homes Book of the War Services Club. The third series is financial records, including receipts, statements and ledgers. The fourth series is made up of minutes, reports and by-laws. The final series is comprised of correspondence, including thank you notes and letters relating to ration amounts.

This fonds consists of two scrapbooks of the Moose Jaw Co-operative Women's Guild containing photographs and newspaper clippings concerning the Moose Jaw Co-operative Women's Guild.

This fonds consists of legal contracts, minutes of meetings, financial records and statements, annual reports and correspondence of the Moose Jaw Community Centre Company from 1956 to 1970. Included is a historic timeline of the building of the Civic Centre, some schedules of events at the Civic Centre, a scrapbook of newspaper clippings and a file of newspaper clippings pertaining to business of the Company.

This fonds consists of the records and files of the Moose Jaw Celebrate Saskatchewan Committee from its formation in 1979 to its disbanding in 1981.

This fonds contains documents regarding the operation of the Moose Jaw Cardiaction Support Group from February 11, 1999 to March 1, 2017, shortly after the group’s disbandment. The fonds is divided into several series that outline its various functions and activities: Minutes, Communications, Membership, Correspondences, Forms, Recipes, Jokes, and Photographs.

This fonds contains records and objects that show the activities and functions of the Moose Jaw Camping Club.

This fonds contains manuals and guides on the development of the Moose Jaw’s Downtown, as well as photograph albums and matted photographs documenting the activities of the group.

This fonds contains meeting minutes and other related materials such as newspaper clippings, and materials of the related Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan Inc.

This fonds consists of six series comprising the business, activities, and history of the Moose Jaw Agricultural Society from its beginning in 1884 to its disbanding in 1992. It contains minutes, financial papers, reports and publicity. There are photographs of persons and events over the years, as well as photographs and slides of the 100th anniversary celebrations held in 1984. There is information from and about the several affiliate organizations of the Moose Jaw Agricultural Society.

This fonds contains a signed copy of Mildred Russell’s book, “Reflections of Life”, and a newspaper clipping of Russell meeting then Lieutenant-Governor George Porteous.
