Fonds is a collection of photographs in four separate albums dating between 1907 and 1963 that pertain to the lives of students and staff at the Lebret (Qu’Appelle) Indian Industrial Residential School which was operated by the Roman Catholic Church (Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate and the Grey Nuns) from 1884 until 1973.

The fonds contains one black and white photograph from Audrey Anna Beth Lefebvre's private collection. It is a photograph of a Melfort curling team at a bonspiel. The team members include: Cliff Dobson, Jack Reid, Gordon McPherson, Elva Dobson, and Jimmy Stewart.

The fonds, related to Lavinia Bishop (nee Brown), were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

Of particular interest is the extensive personal correspondence with family, colleagues, friends and acquaintances, and students, as well as a series of his articles and speeches, which provide insights into Dr. Crossman as a teacher, a scholar, and a friend.

Fonds consists of the personal and professional papers of art educator, Dr. Les Groome. Arranged in seven series (Art; Education (self); Magazines and Catalogues; Professional Associations; Research; Speaking and Writing; Teaching), the records include exhibition programs, class handouts, papers, publications, association files, conference materials, correspondence, speeches, articles, clippings, and other materials pertaining to Dr. Groome's professional associations and teaching and research functions as a Professor of Art Education at the University of Regina and its predecessor institutions. Also included are report cards, graduation and banquet programs, student teaching bulletins, and a workshop outline relating to Dr. Goome's teaching activities at the Saskatchewan Teachers College (1951-1963), and notes, papers, reports, and lessons pertaining to his own training.

Les Guthrie fonds consists of 1360 items pertaining to news events from the region 1946 - 1969. During this period Les was the circulation manager in North Battleford and area for the Saskatoon Star Phoenix. The fonds is composed of the following series: Scrapbooks ; Photographs ; Newsprint ; Negatives.

Fonds consists of graduation portraits of students from the Regina General Hospital School of Nursing, including a portrait of Lesley Weston Ellis. One portrait is believed to be from the School of Nursing in Brandon, Manitoba.

Fonds consists of professional papers of psychology professor Lewis W. Brandt. Included are publications, student papers, teaching materials, committee and department files, exam papers, and Dr. Brandt's extensive correspondence in English, German, and French.

This collection contains research notes, diaries, and printed material dealing with entomology (in particular, the study of midges), bonsai, and the classification of birds. The photographic material includes subjects relating to Saunder's research; views from his extensive travels (including Egypt [1932]; Ceylon [1932]; Brazil [1923]; Hong Kong and the Far East [1932]; and North America, particularly Emma Lake [1939-1943].
