This fonds contains a brief journal from a field season (4 June to 12 October) when Mawdsley worked for the Geological Survey of Canada, [between 1924-1929] in northern Quebec; together with memorabilia including a miner's lamp and helmet, and an embossing stamp.

The majority of this collection are articles written by McGeachy for a variety of Canadian publications over his long and distinguished career as a journalist. It also contains some correspondence, and a scrapbook.

Davies and the Moon Hoax); astronomy (including information on comets and eclipses); as well as work he did on behalf of the Defence Research Medical Laboratories, the National Research Council, the New Brunswick Department of Agriculture and the NB Dep't of Health. There is also material relating to his career with the University of New Brunswick and the University of Saskatchewan, and information concerning his extensive collection of 16th - 19th century books on astronomy.

This fonds contains the personal correspondence, office, and research files of the Murray family, including W.C. Murray (President, University of Saskatchewan), his wife Christina, and his daughters, Christina, Dr. Lucy H. Murray (Professor of English, Regina College), and Dr. Jean E. Murray.

The fonds contains photographs of Norwood S.D. #1234 from Jean Jones' personal collection. The black and white photographs were taken in 1957 and the color photographs were taken in 2001.
