The contents of this fonds is primarily drafts and clippings of articles and editorials by Margaret Weiers. The fonds also includes the first draft of manuscript Against The Odds which became Envoys Extraordinary: Women of the Canadian Foreign Service, published by Dundurn Press in 1995.

This fonds contains a number of files concerning feminism and the status of women, including the Federal Government Advisory Council and the Saskatchewan Action Committee on the Status of Women. There are also several subject files containing pamphlets on topics such as family planning, marriage contracts, rape, sex stereotyping, and women in education, politics, religion, and the labour force. There are files on women in Canadian universities, the Saskatoon Business and Professional Women's Association, International Women's Year, Florence Howe, Edith Rowles Simpson, and the Saskatchewan Conference on Children. The fonds contains various publications, including "Federal Services for Women," "Status of Women News," "Towards Equality for Women," "Continuum," "Upstream," and "Canadian Newsletter of Research on Women" (later known as "Resources for Feminist Research"). This fonds also contains a binder of publications and ephemera from Saskatchewan's Golden Jubilee (1955).

The fonds, related to the Swift Current Lioness Club, were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

This fonds contains material related to the literary career of Mansel Robinson. There is correspondence regarding publishing, staging productions, residencies and grant applications. The fonds also contains drafts and edited scripts, research material, reviews and published material related stage productions. In addition the fonds contains five war diaries and an address book of Geo. J. Collinson who was stationed in France during the Great War.

Fonds consists of research materials and writings generated by journalist Maggie Siggins during the production of five books: 'Bassett: His Forty Years in Politics, Publishing, Business, and Sports' (James Lorimer and Company, 1979); 'Brian and the Boys: A Study of Gang Rape' (James Lorimer and Company, 1984); 'A Canadian Tragedy: JoAnn and Colin Thatcher: A Study of Love and Hate' (Macmillan of Canada, 1985); 'Revenge of the Land: A Century of Greed, Tragedy and Murder on a Saskatchewan Farm' (McClelland and Stewart, 1991); and 'Riel: A Life of Revolution' (Harper Collins, 1994). While the arrangement varies amongst the various accessions, as a whole the records fall into four main series: Research Files, Interviews, Legal Materials, and Writings. The products of Siggins' thorough research, the first series contains magazine and news clipping, correspondence, biographical information on subjects and informants, notes, bibliographies, background materials, chronologies, photographs, articles, and copies of archival documents. The second series consists of audio recordings and/or transcripts of interviews with an extensive array of individuals who played major or minor roles in the events Siggins describes. Since a number of her books deal with court cases, the fonds also includes comprehensive legal documentation including proceedings of hearings and trials, affidavits, judgements, and files relating to forensic and medical evidence, laws and legal arguments, and testimony. The final series consists of outlines, drafts, manuscripts, galleys and correspondence relating to the writing and publication of the books. It should be noted that although Siggins' research occurred since 1979, the research files contain extensive historical material. This is particularly true for the Riel records in which is assembled a comprehensive collection of archival documents copied from repositories across Canada, and dating back to the early 1800s. Relating to the 'Bassett' book, the fonds includes only tape recorded interviews.

R. Rupert’s Land (Bishop Robert Machray) [?] to Bishop of Krechin [?] February 24, 1891. This letter is concerned with the use of vestments in the majority of the churches.

This fonds contains documentation relating to the Hones' extensive involvement in the arts--notably, the art scene in Saskatchewan during the early 1940s and the establishment of the Saskatoon Arts Centre, the Art Association of Saskatoon, "The Prospectors," along with correspondence from friends Ernie Lindner, Nonie Mulcaster, Robert Hurley, etc. The Hone=s own artistic work is also well documented; as is their exceptional community work: with the Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation, UNESCO, Voice of Women, Regina Community Clinic, etc. The Hones were also actively involved with the Unitarian Fellowship, Regina. Additionally, this fonds contains business records from ADM Hone, Mac's father, documenting early land / mining / logging rights and development in the west. An extensive collection of slides documents the art and architecture of numerous countries visited by the Hones; including personal and commercial images of international works of art. The slide collection also illustrates many of the themes used in the Hones' art, and documents their family, friends, and interests.

The collection contains one photocopy of a black and white photograph. Taken in 1930, the image is a formal group portrait of the Melfort United Church's young people's group, "The Alerts," of which Mabel Braaten was a member.

This fonds contains material concerning the withdrawal of librarians from the Employee's Union, the Association of Professional Librarians, and the Committee on the Status of Librarians, as well as information concerning the Instructional Resources Centre, the Reference and Serials departments, the Archives, the Education Resource Centre, acquisitions, and Canadian Library Week.

Fonds consists of correspondence, newspaper clippings, programs, certificates, invitations, and souvenirs. The records document Lynn McRorie Robertson's experiences as a nursing student, including acceptance to the Regina General Hospital School of Nursing, regulations of the school, extracurricular and graduation events, training in first aid and civil defence, and physicians. Fonds also includes Robertson's staff nametag and RGH bar pin, and a newspaper clipping of John Herbert Robertson.

This fonds contains material relating to the personal and professional life of Luise Herzberg, including materials relating to her childhood and schooling; family documents; materials relating to her parents, Paul and Elsbeth Oettinger, correspondence with her sister, Lotte Thurnauer; and materials received or collected by her son Paul Herzberg. The fonds contains substantial material relating to Luise’s scientific work, including correspondence with international colleagues, and reprints of her articles.
