This fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, reports, and publications regarding the administration and programs of the Institute. Included is material relating to: the Arctic Research Training Centre (ARTC); the academic journal Musk-Ox; the Association of Canadian Universities for Northern Studies; the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs; and published research by members of the Institute.

This collection contains unpublished papers presented at the Second International Potash Technolgy Conference, Hamburg, Germany, 26-29 May 1991. The Conference attracted scientists from various countries, including Canada, France, Germany, Brazil, Jordan, Spain, and the [then] USSR.

Fonds includes transcripts of the original stories, edited draft versions of the stories, correspondence with an educational consultant, artwork used in the book, copies of the book, and administrative records.

This collection contains 13 photo albums and 1 scrapbook documenting the Department of Anatomy including symposiums, retirements and classes. Many of the photos have been labelled. The images include photographs of faculty, staff, and students of that department; and various departmental gatherings, conferences, etc

This fonds contains materials relating to Poelzer’s life, her religious vocation, and her career as a professor in Educational Foundations at the University of Saskatchewan. It includes materials relating to research, particularly on women in society; feminist Christianity; Metis and First Nations women in northern Saskatchewan, the impact of development and the retention of native culture.

The fonds contains three black and white photographs, and eight black and white scanned copies of original photographs. The copied photographs were scanned at 300 dpi with 16 million colours. The photographs range in date from 1938 - 1949, and include images of the Lady Minto Hospital, views of Melfort's Main Street, parades in Melfort, Herb Anderson and students of North Star School, Irma Staff and her brothers, and the North Star School ball team.

The fonds includes records documenting Isabelle Mills’ career as a professor at the University of Saskatchewan, a doctoral candidate at Columbia University, and a teacher at Brandon College. Her strong interest in and promotion of Canadian music is reflected in a broad collection of musical scores, including relatively early sheet music; correspondence relating to the Canadian Music Centre; records relating to courses taught and Canadian music concerts organized; and other material including a variety of general information about Canadian music and composers. Her role as director of the Quance Chorus at the University of Saskatchewan is documented by a fairly complete set of concert programs and a selection of audio tapes of concerts. There are also records relating to church music (including a variety of United Church of Canada hymn books); records relating to Canadian music; musical scores including piano, vocal and choral music. There is also material relating to her research and extension/community service activities, including her lecture tour to the Ukraine and the Buxtehude/Scheidt Festival and Conference; material relating to her role as Assistant Dean; and other material including personal memorabilia and administrative correspondence.

The fonds, related to the 8th Reconnaissance Regiment, were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

The fonds includes records relating to Ivo Lambi's research and teaching, and Jackie Lambi's work as a grief counsellor. The Ivo Lambi material includes drafts of books, publications by others, archival reproductions (including microfilm purchased from German archives), and lecture notes. The Jackie Lambi material includes various offprints, resources used for her University of Regina Social Work practicum, and a variety of audio cassettes.

This collection contains considerable material relating to aviation history, particularly in western and northern Canada, including material on: the Keng Wah Aviation School for Nationalist Chinese pilots; the RCAF; illustrations of the technology of flight; reference material; and microfilms of the Hudson Strait Expedition fonds (1927-1928) and "The Bulletin" (Western Canada Airways, 1929-1937). Additionally, there is material on Tweddell's other research interests, notably aerial mapping and surveying.

This fonds contains material related to the writings of J. Jill Robinson including works complete and incomplete, published and unpublished. This fonds also contains material related to professional activities such as editing, readings, and interaction with publishers and other writers.

Fonds consists of records relating to the life and medical career of J. P. Szlazak. Fonds contains case reports and photographs of surgeries performed when Szlazak was at Rooksdown House; an autobiographical account of Szlazak's early years; and a Golden Jubilee issues of the "Guinea Pig" [journal].

This fonds primarily consists of correspondence between J.A. Sharrard and his wife, Edith. The correspondence pertains to missionary work in India, individuals and activities at the University of Saskatchewan and in Saskatoon, the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic, and family life. The fonds includes some drawings and notes written by Sharrard’s daughter Ruth. It also contains a small file of notes for sermons or speeches as well as a few postcards and photographs.
