Fonds consists of a report on health reform for Regina and an annual report of the Health Board.

This fonds contains files relating to the College of Medicine, its enrolment policies, statistics, curriculum, electives, annual reports, faculty, students, and graduates, and funding. There are also files on the Plains Hospital in Regina, and both the City and St. Paul's hospitals in Saskatoon.

This collection contains biographical material and personal correspondence, as well as files relating to Professor Coburn's work in the Dept. of Psychiatry, his affiliation with the New Democratic Party, and his membership with the Unitarian Universalist Church. There are several files on City and St. Paul's Hospitals, other universities, and articles, lecture notes, book reviews, speeches and addresses by Dr. Coburn.

This series contains departmental reports, various committee minutes, grant applications, reports on curriculum, and correspondence. In addition, there is material relating to both the Hall Commission and Medicare.

The fonds, related to the Canadian Red Cross Society, were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.
