The fonds consists of files relating to the teaching and research career of Laurie Barron, and consists predominantly of resource files including publications by others and photocopies of archival and library material.

The fonds contians two black and white photographs from Dagmar Flett's personal collection. One photograph is of Melfort, Saskatchewan looking south over Saskatchewan Avenue, taken from an elevator in the 1920s. The second photograph depicts cabooses stopped at the Melfort livery stable, and was taken in the 1930s.

The fonds contains 17 scanned copies of photographs from Kathleen Flett's personal collection. The majority of the photographs depict members of the John and Janet Flett family and images of the Flett homestead, dating from the early 1900s to approximately 1943. Several are formal studio portraits of individuals and wedding parties. Three photographs depict threshing activities. One photograph features the "Ethelton Aces" team in approximately 1943.

This collection contains notes, abstracts, and correspondence relating to 7 research articles by Dr. Turel, as well as a copy of her PhD thesis.

This collection contains lecture notes taken by Dr. Roy while she was a student at the University of Saskatchewan. Predominately from English classes, these include notes on lectures given by Professors R.A. Wilson, J.M. Lothian, J.A. Bentley, Edith Brown, Jean Bayer, Murdoch Matheson, and Carlyle King. Included also are notes from a summer school art history class, taught at Emma Lake; and an English course from the University of Toronto.

The collection contains scanned copies of black and white photographs belonging to Florence Bohn. The original dates for the photographs range from 1955 to 1960. Five photographs contain images of the Beatty schoolhouse and students. Historically important images include a photograph of Governor General Vincent Massey's visit to Melfort, Saskatchewan in 1955. The photographs were scanned ca. 2003 at 300 dpi with 16 million colours.

The fonds, related to Florence Noble and the 8th Recce, were accumulated by the source over her lifetime. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

In addition, there is considerable information relating to Quance's publications, his speeches and articles, particularly on spellers, spelling, teacher's manuals, and examinations. It also contains information on Knox United Church in Saskatoon.

Fonds contains artifacts accumulated by SATL pertaining to the Fort Qu'Appelle Indian [Indigenous] Hospital operated by the Department of Indian Affairs. The Fort Qu'Appelle Indian [Indigenous] Hospital was located across from the Fort San Sanatorium on Echo Lake.

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Fort Qu'Appelle Pastoral Charge and constituent churches – their boards, committees and related bodies, local women’s units and other groups.

Contents include: minutes of Official Board, Ladies Aid Society and U.C.W. meetings; membership rolls; baptism, marriage and burial registers. St. Andrew’s Presbyterian/United Church (Fort Qu'Appelle), Balcarres, Indian Head, Pheasant Plains, Wide Awake, and Lipton are among the congregations and communities identified.

Fonds contains records and photos of the Fort Qu'Appelle Sanatorium, generally referred to as "Fort San".
