It contains personal correspondence, including diaries; as well as material documenting his early life and education.

This fonds documents Dommasch's career as a medical and artistic photographer and educator. This photographic material covers a wide range of subject matter, with particular emphasis on medicine, natural history, the Canadian arctic, and grain elevators. Considerable reference material, relating to the history of photography as a science and an art, is also included. In addition, this fonds contains Dommasch's extensive collection of posters, including those used for the exhibition, "Posters Against War and Violence." This fonds contains correspondence, clippings, notes, certificates and awards, photographs, slides, sketches, posters, films and publications documenting the interests and career of Hans Dommasch.

This fonds contains material pertaining to the research and instructional activities of the University's Agricultural Engineering Department. Specifically, this collection provides documentation on the development of agricultural machinery and agricultural practices in the Canadian west.

This fonds contains correspondence, reports, publications and memoranda relating to the research activities of Herman Austenson, as well as some administrative records relating to the department of Crop Science and Plant Ecology, and the research activities of the Crop Development Centre. Some of the materials were created by J.B. Harrington; these files have been identified whenever possible.

This fonds contains materials relating to the professional activities of Grant Wood, including papers he has presented at conferences, and his work in the Canada Mongolia Training for Rural Development Project. Also included are some of his early teaching materials, and materials collected on subjects related to his field.

This fonds contains material that documents G.M. Simpson's interests and activities during his career at the U of S. Of particular note is the extensive collection of photographs by John Diduck and Rudolph Kaul collected by Dr. Simpson documenting Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, the university and in particular the Department of Crop Science and the Crop Development Centre.

This fonds documents the career and interests of Glenis Joyce. The material regarding the Extension Division shows the growth and evolution of the Women's Program. Much of the material in the fonds deals with equity issues at the university and in society in general and includes pay and employment equity, affirmative action, women's rights and academic freedom. Joyce chaired the transformative President’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women in the 1990s.

This fonds contains information concerning college, departmental and University administration, including files on both the Dept. of Audio-Visual Services and the College of Home Economics, as well as on various committees, including the Ad Hoc Committee on Sex, Alcoholism and Drugs, and the Faculty Association. There is also material on several professional associations, including the Canadian Association of Sport Sciences, the Sask. Physical Therapists Association, and the Canadian Federation of Biological Societies. Along with his personal correspondence and lecture notes, this fonds also contains Dr. Millar's research notes, involving his work on thermistors, nicotinic acid, vitamin K, and his correspondence with the National Research Council.

This fonds contains material relating to the personal and professional life of Gerhard Herzberg and his wife, Luise Herzberg. In particular, it contains correspondence with family, friends and colleagues, most notably from the period 1933-1949. Some articles are included.

This fonds contains land titles and indentures as well as miscellaneous notes and one completed chapter of a manuscript on eschatology in world religions, particularly in Islam and Christianity.

This fonds contains extensive material relating to Britnell's work on various Royal Commissions, associations, national and international conferences, including reports, minutes, submissions, and notes. In addition, it contains his personal correspondence, notes from lectures (by Frank Underhill and Harold Laski), articles, and press clippings.

This fonds contains information concerning various professional associations, including the American, Canadian, and Saskatchewan Psychological Associations; Government departments and agencies, such as the Defense Research Board, the Women's Bureau, and the National Research Council; and the Royal Commission on Health Services. There are also several files of lecture and research notes (including work done with Dr. Jaques), personal correspondence, and departmental material, including reports, curriculum, recruitment, and promotion; as well as two of Dr. McMurray's abstracts: "Theories of Pain and Congenital Universal Insensitivity to Pain" and "The Background of Thought and Language."

This fonds contains correspondence with family, friends and colleagues; biographical and research grant information; research and bibliographic files and notes; manuscripts and typescripts of published and unpublished scholarly articles, book reviews, addresses and books; lecture notes and course materials; as well as drafts and typescripts of plays, short stories and several books for youth. A large percentage of the research files contain photocopies of secondary and primary materials.
