This collection contains biographical material and personal correspondence, as well as files relating to Professor Coburn's work in the Dept. of Psychiatry, his affiliation with the New Democratic Party, and his membership with the Unitarian Universalist Church. There are several files on City and St. Paul's Hospitals, other universities, and articles, lecture notes, book reviews, speeches and addresses by Dr. Coburn.

Typewritten copies of E. Howe’s three radio talks on the Ontario Rural Folk Lore and the war songs, shanty songs, and farmer songs of the 1880’s and 1890’s.

This fonds contains personal correspondence and professional and academic materials relating to Simpson's career at the University, including memorabilia relating to student life in the late 1920s and later material relating to the history of the College of Home Economics; as well as material pertaining to the life and activities of Simpson's sister, P.W. Rowles; husband, G.W. Simpson; and her husband's first wife, M. Simpson. The bulk of the material regarding M. Simpson is a collection of prints and printing blocks illustrating the campus of the University of Saskatchewan.

It includes material relating to the Federated Women's Institutes of Canada and various branches of the Saskatchewan Women's Institutes, together with documentation created during Emmie Oddie's career and voluntary service interests. Additionally, this fonds contains material created by, collected by, or about Emmie's mother and sister, and their careers.

This collection consists of materials by and about Emile Petitot amassed by Mr. Savoie in his work with the department of Indian and Northern Affairs. Most of the records are photocopies of manuscripts, articles, and personal letters, the originals of which date from the late 1800s. The collection also contains books by or about Petitot and a few maps.

This fonds contains mainly textual material relating to the writing of Elizabeth Philips. Much of it is notes, rough drafts, and copies of poems and some prose work. There is also correspondence which relates to the business side of writing and getting published as well as some personal correspondence that relates to every day life and also on writing, as she corresponded with other writers.
