Contents include: meeting minutes (1926-1962); bylaws and resolutions; annual reports; membership records; financial records; School for Leaders minutes and associated documents; Baby Band conference and presbyterial reports; select publications; scrapbooks; and W.M.S. Conference and presbyterial histories (to 1961). Additional historical materials included the fonds were collected by Mrs. Mary McKechnie, first president of the Qu’Appelle Presbyterian W.M.S. and later of the Saskatchewan Conference W.M.S. There is also a daily register of pupils from Round Lake Indian School (1942-1946).

Article: Tuberculosis among the Indians [Indigenous Peoples] of the Great Canadian Plains published by Dr. Ferguson in 1929. This article brought Dr. Ferguson to the forefront of international tuberculosis research in the medical community.

Contents include: photographs (1945-1948), newspaper clippings and proclamations; records and legislation (1923-1964); and copies of "The Parliamentarian" (1961-1964), the journal of Saskatchewan Tuxis and Older Boys' Parliament.

The fonds consists of records created by and relating to the Saskatchewan Conference of the Methodist Church in Canada, its Conference Secretaries and staff, as well as the Stationing Committee, and Wesley College Commission.

Contents include: original Conference minutes (1904-1925); reports; published minutes from Saskatchewan Conference (some as Assiniboia Conference) and predecessors, such as Manitoba and Northwest Conference; property records; education records; clippings and select publications; records of the Stationing Committee; treasurer’s reports; Conference Secretary’s correspondence; proceedings and related records and publications from the Conference-appointed Wesley College Commission (1918-1919).

This collection consists of annual reports created by more than 220 pastoral charges that existed within the boundaries of the United Church of Canada Saskatchewan Conference, from the late-1960s through 2018, and Living Skies Regional Council, from 2019 through 2021. Some church newsletters, financial statements, histories and associated documents are also included.

Contents include: sermons (ca.1905-1934); clippings, letters and copies of articles relating to famous paintings (1922); various undated lectures; collected writings and documents relating to Church Union; a copy of his 1917 publication on Mormonism and related correspondence (ca.1914-1920); copies of church-related publications; and a “Pastor’s Pocket Record” notebook (ca.1920-1926), listing salary, sermons, members, baptisms, marriages and funerals from Drinkwater, Briercrest, Keeler and Marquis. There are also letters regarding Rev. Toombs’ career and his various papers.

The fonds consists of papers by and relating to Grace and (Rev.) Homer Lane and their work with the United Church. Contents include: general correspondence (1956-1957, 1961-1971); Committee on Rural Evangelism documents (1960); a copy of “Vox” (published by United College, Winnipeg) from 1940; and correspondence of Grace Lane, pertaining to the publication “Fifty Years in Union” (1973-1974).
