This series contains primary and secondary resource material from a number of sources pertaining to a variety of issues related to immigration and health at the national and provincial levels.

This series contains material related to the day to day works of the History Department.

This fonds contains correspondence with family, friends and colleagues; biographical and research grant information; research and bibliographic files and notes; manuscripts and typescripts of published and unpublished scholarly articles, book reviews, addresses and books; lecture notes and course materials; as well as drafts and typescripts of plays, short stories and several books for youth. A large percentage of the research files contain photocopies of secondary and primary materials.

This series contains correspondence, drafts, scripts, proofs, reviews, notes, index cards, photographs, illustations and serveys pertaining to five academic and juvenile books of fiction and non-fiction written by Dr. Bilson. The topics covered by the books include cholera in the 19th century, the Winnipeg General Strike, and the World War II evacuation of children from Great Britain to Canada.

This series contains published and unpublished manuscripts, typescripts, off-prints, photos, slides and research notes. The bulk of the material deals with immigration, doctors, cholera, public health in Canada and biographies of Grant Powell, James Macauley, William Telfer and Frederich Montizambert. There is also material on the Boston Massacre and English colonial trade policy.
