This series consists of the constitution, records of meetings, conventions, and activities of the Saskatchewan Agricultural Societies’ Association which was the provincial body of the agricultural societies in Saskatchewan.

This series consists of the constitution and by-laws, information on meetings and conventions of the Saskatchewan Association of Agriculture Societies and Exhibitions Inc. which was formed in 1987 replacing the Saskatchewan Agricultural Societies’ Association.

This series consists of agendas, programs, tickets and speeches of the annual banquets. There is information, lists of entries, scorecards and results from the various competitions held, as well as prize lists and yearbooks. This series also contains brochures and publicity for University of Saskatchewan Extension Department courses, seminars, programs, classes, and forums held locally and provincially. Also included are schedules for provincial exhibitions and fairs.

This series consists of membership lists, attendance records, reports, minutes of meetings, correspondence, financial records, grant information and applications, and insurance policies. Included are outstanding grain purchase agreements from 1932.

This series contains a history written in 1967, biographies of members, speakers, honorees and award winners. There is material related to the 75th and 100th anniversaries of the Society. There are also newspaper clippings pertaining to the activities, business and people of the Society, and two scrapbooks containing correspondence, newspaper clippings, programs and memorabilia. There are photographs of the 100th anniversary celebrations held in 1984, as well as undated photographs of persons, places and events. There is a slide carousel of 93 slides, with written script of the 100th Anniversary celebration.
