This series consists of copies of the constitution, 1958 and 1980, membership lists, minutes of meetings, financial records and correspondence of the Moose Jaw Natural History Society from 1957 to 1993.
This series consists of schedules and reports of field trips taken to observe and identify birds, flowers and wildlife, a file of newspaper clippings, a scrapbook, and album of nature photography and 783 slides, some with scripts.
This series consists of the business and activities of the Saskatchewan Natural History Society of which the Moose Jaw Natural History Society is a member. Included is a copy of the constitution an information sheet on the Society, minutes of annual meetings and financial statements. There are some newsletters, copies of “The Blue Jay” journal, and booklists.
This fonds consists of four series. Included is a copy of the constitution, membership lists, treasurers records, correspondence, schedules and reports of field trips and other activities. There is a scrapbook containing newspaper clippings, 3 photographs and some programs of activities of the Moose Jaw Natural History Society from 1957 to 1977, an album of nature photography that was presented to the Moose Jaw Public Library in 1982 to commemorate Moose Jaw’s 100th anniversary, and a file of newspaper clippings. This fonds also includes slides, some sets with scripts. Other slides are of nature and wildlife taken by members on field trips. There are copies of constitutions from three other Saskatchewan cities, a few newsletters from other Natural History Societies and four copies of “The Blue Jay Magazine”.
This series consists of copies of the constitutions of the Natural History Societies of Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert. There are three copies of newsletters from the Regina Natural History Society and two newsletters from the Saskatchewan Breeding Bird Survey, sponsored by the Canadian Wildlife Service.
