This series contains items kept by the choir as keepsakes. This includes event programs and menus. It includes four photographs taken of the choir. It also contains seven scrapbooks complied by the choir documenting the activities of the group. These include clippings, photographs, obituaries and cards.
This series contains documents pertaining to the organization of the choir. This includes the constitution, meeting minutes, annual reports and tax return information.
This series contains communications received by the choir. This includes greeting cards and letters. Much of this material is regarding plans for upcoming events or thanks for past events.
