This fonds documents the career and interests of Glenis Joyce. The material regarding the Extension Division shows the growth and evolution of the Women's Program. Much of the material in the fonds deals with equity issues at the university and in society in general and includes pay and employment equity, affirmative action, women's rights and academic freedom. Joyce chaired the transformative President’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women in the 1990s.

In addition, there is information on the Agriculture Institute of Canada and the Institute of Agrologists, as well as 2 files of material on the Boy Scouts. The majority of the fonds consists of addresses on various topics, including "The Historical Development of Extension in Saskatchewan," "A Successful Example of Co-operative Production," "Field Crop Contests," and "History and Philosophy of Agriculture Extension," as well as talks concerning the Boys' and Girls' Clubs, the Homemakers' Clubs, poultry and field crop improvement, the University, leadership, and adult education. The final file in the fonds concerns the Rayner Memorial Fund, established through the Agricultural Societies Association.

This fonds contains a number of files concerning feminism and the status of women, including the Federal Government Advisory Council and the Saskatchewan Action Committee on the Status of Women. There are also several subject files containing pamphlets on topics such as family planning, marriage contracts, rape, sex stereotyping, and women in education, politics, religion, and the labour force. There are files on women in Canadian universities, the Saskatoon Business and Professional Women's Association, International Women's Year, Florence Howe, Edith Rowles Simpson, and the Saskatchewan Conference on Children. The fonds contains various publications, including "Federal Services for Women," "Status of Women News," "Towards Equality for Women," "Continuum," "Upstream," and "Canadian Newsletter of Research on Women" (later known as "Resources for Feminist Research"). This fonds also contains a binder of publications and ephemera from Saskatchewan's Golden Jubilee (1955).
